so this is a project i made been a couple weeks !
you enter your city or any city from around the world to get its weather data, whats important is the wind speed and clouds for now at least, sky's color will change depending on time of day, theres even a sunset and sunrise if you keep the page open for long enough, wind speed and cloud data are used for the pages trees and clouds to simulate a real life scene
you can customize it as you like from the settings tabs
